Dr. Fatuma Hirsi Mohamed, CBS, FPRSK
Managing LeadManaging Lead, Sanaabil Consulting Ltd
Dr. Fatuma Hirsi Mohamed is a senior public-sector leader, governance advisor, board director, accredited executive coach and strategic communications specialist with over 30 yearsof leadership experience across government, multilateral institutions, international development and the private sector.
She previously served as Principal Secretary in the Government of Kenya, where she provided strategic and policy leadership in tourism, broadcasting, telecommunications, institutional reform and public communication.
She brings deep expertise in institutional leadership, stakeholder engagement, public affairs, strategic communication, governance and capacity development. Her international experience includes senior roles with the Universal Postal Union (UN specialised agency) and work with the World Bank Group in Somalia supporting governance, infrastructure, education, health, energy and economic-development programmes.
At Sanaabil Consulting, Dr. Fatuma leads the firm's advisory, coaching, communication and institutional-strengthening work. She supports leaders, organisations and enterprises to communicate with clarity, build capability, strengthen trust and create sustainable impact.

Monique Mukayagi

Monique Mukayagi is a seasoned Organisation Development Practitioner, Executive Coach and Strategic HR Consultant with over 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning finance, healthcare, manufacturing, faith-based institutions and consultancy.
Her work focuses on organisational transformation, leadership development, strategic HR alignment, competency-based systems and people-centred change.
She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach and Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, with experience coaching senior leaders, young parliamentarians and NGO executives. She has facilitated leadership and emotional-intelligence programmes, 360-degree debriefs, competency-based recruitment, performance management systems, job evaluations and organisational restructuring processes.
At Sanaabil Consulting, Monique supports the firm's executive coaching, mentoring, leadership development, organisational development and strategic HR advisory work.
